Co Cultivation technology involves co culturing two or more types of cells in the same environment. Due to its advantage of better reflecting the in vivo environment, this method is widely used in modern cell research.
The main function of the co culture system is to induce differentiation of cells into another type of cell; Inducing self differentiation of cells; Maintain cellular function and vitality; Regulating cell proliferation; Promote early embryonic development and increase metabolic product production.

Operation steps:
1. Plant 40-60ul of receptor cell suspension into the middle chamber of the slide, and control the cell density at 5-10 × 104cells/ml according to your cell type;

2. Plant 40-60ul of feeder cell suspension into the other 8 compartments of the slide;


After the cells adhere to the wall, remove the culture medium from each chamber and wash off the non adherent cells. Then add 400-600ul of culture medium to the well, and both types of cells share the same culture system
