Preprocessing aspurified waterThe reliance on production is very important because reverse osmosis requires water inflow, and improving pre-treatment facilities as much as possible can effectively prolong the processreverse osmosis membraneThe cleaning cycle or service life, components and functions of the pre-treatment system are as follows:
1. Raw water pump
The raw water pump is used to provide raw water pressure for the raw water pretreatment system, and generally requires a raw water pressure of>=0.3MPa
2. Raw water tank
Raw water tankThe function is simpler, it is to store raw water as a buffer for subsequent equipment, avoiding problems such as emergency shutdown due to water shortage, unstable water pressure causing damage to the water pump, etc. (usually adding a float switch to increase the automation level of the entire system).
3. Quartz sand filter

5. Security filter

a) Clean the membrane components in the system.

b) Prepare disinfectant solution using reverse osmosis produced water and rinse with disinfectant solutioncounter-infiltration system.

c) After filling the reverse osmosis system with disinfectant, close the relevant valves to keep the disinfectant in the system. At this point, confirm that the system is full.

d) If the system temperature is below 27 ℃, the first two steps should be performed with a new sterilizing solution every 30 days. If the system temperature is above 27 ℃, the protective solution (sterilizing solution) should be replaced every 15 days.

e) Before the reverse osmosis system is put back into use, rinse the system with low-pressure water for 1 hour, and then rinse the system with high-pressure water for 5-10 minutes. Whether it is low-pressure or high-pressure flushing, all the water discharge valves of the system should be opened. Before restoring the system to normal operation, it should be checked and confirmed that there is no disinfectant in the product water.
