Process action description:


1Up and down the work roll:
By installing oil cylinder piston rods inside the left and right frames to lift and lower the bearing seats at both ends of the upper work roll, the lifting of the upper work roll is achieved. Complete the bending deformation of the workpiece steel plate and facilitate unloading.
The displacement measurement of the upper roller adopts a German absolute displacement sensor, controlled by an industrial computer, and the synchronization accuracy is generally set to± 0.2mm.
2Horizontal movement of the lower work roll assembly:
Output through the side motor of the bed bodyThe bearing seat of the lower working roller slides on the rolling machine body, changing the relative position between the lower and upper working rollers, and completing the pre bending of the plate head of the workpiece steel plate.
3Drive of the lower work roll:
Adopting Ezhong's patented dual motor drive technology
Output through the left motor- Coupling - gear reduction - left output shaft - left universal joint - left lower work roll rotation.
Output through the right motor- Coupling - gear reduction - right output shaft - right universal joint - right lower work roll rotation.
The separate driving of the two work rolls automatically adapts to the inconsistent linear velocity at the contact between the steel plate and the work roll to complete the feeding of the workpiece steel plate and achieve continuous deformation of the workpiece steel plate.
4Unloading and resetting the head:
By pressing down the balance oil cylinder connected to the tail of the upper work roll, the upper work roll is slightly lifted, and then by pulling down the inverted oil cylinder connected to the inverted head frame, the inverted head of the inverted head frame is achieved, completing the unloading process.
The lifting of the reverse cylinder achieves the reset of the reverse frame.
The circuit of the reversing cylinder is equipped with a one-way throttle valve, which can adjust the speed of the reversing mechanism appropriately.
