1LHYA series hydraulic slide boring power head

The 1LHYA series hydraulic slide boring power head is a newly developed universal component for a new series of combination machine tools in China. It is an independent processing unit, with the main motion driven by a motor and the feed motion driven by a hydraulic slide sleeve (oil cylinder), and controlled by an electrical stroke switch. Used to complete boring of cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metal parts. Its main feature is its compact structure, which replaces the previous boring head and slide table combination processing unit. It can be configured as a rotary worktable combination machine tool or a linear small combination machine tool automatic line, and is widely used.
This series of hydraulic slide boring power heads has two transmission configuration types, divided into ordinary and precision levels. When placing an order, the user selects according to the process requirements.
