| The 1W series vortex pump adopts a direct connection structure between the pump and the motor, with a horizontal inlet and a vertical upward outlet. From the pump end, the pump rotates counterclockwise. The impeller can slide freely on the cantilever shaft and automatically adjust the clearance between the two sides of the impeller during operation. The outer partition can be removed together with the impeller through the two screw holes on the impeller. The impeller and inner partition are made of 9-4 aluminum iron bronze, the shaft is made of stainless steel, and the packing is made of a new sealing material flexible graphite. Precautions

1. Before starting the pump, it is necessary to fill the pump and inlet pipeline with liquid. If there is no liquid in the pump, it is not allowed to start and operate to avoid biting.
2. Before starting, the outlet valve must be opened to reduce the starting load of the motor. This pump is never allowed to operate with the outlet valve closed.
3. There must be no particles or impurities mixed in the conveyed liquid to prevent them from entering the pump and damaging the impeller.
4. The filling chamber should maintain normal water leakage, generally with small drops.
5. During pump maintenance, in addition to replacing vulnerable parts, it is generally necessary to replace the bearings of the matching motor.
6. When the pump needs to operate continuously at a flow rate lower than the rated flow rate, the reflux method can be used (a portion of the liquid is refluxed from the pump outlet to the inlet, and a valve is used to control it during this period. At this time, the outlet valve can be fully opened). Do not directly close the outlet valve to prevent the motor from operating under overload.
Start, stop, and run
Start and stop

2. Rotate the coupling (for direct coupled pumps, remove motor fan blades 5 and rotate the fan blades) After confirming that the rotor components rotate smoothly and evenly Use a spirit level to check the levelness of the unit After leveling Tighten the nuts appropriately to connect with the foundation.
3. Measure the insulation strength of the motor If it is lower than 5M Ω, it may be due to the motor being damp or damaged. If it's just damp After the motor has been running for a period of time, it can drive the tide by itself; otherwise The electric motor must be repaired or replaced To avoid damage to the pump caused by poor operation.
4. Test start-up: jog the electric motor Adjust the motor direction to meet the requirements.
5. Open the suction pipeline valve Inject the liquid into the pump body. The installation position of the pump is higher than the horizontal position A bottom valve can be installed at the suction pipe end Close before starting Fill the pump casing with the pumped liquid (for those with a short suction path, start washing water for the first time. Afterwards, due to the remaining liquid in the pump casing, there is no need to refill).
6. Open the pressure pipeline valve Starting motor Open the pressure gauge Adjust the valve on the extrusion pipeline Adjust the pressure gauge reading to the appropriate level. Do not allow the pump to operate with the valve closed or with minimal flow.
7. When parking First, turn off the pressure gauge Stop the electric motor Then quickly close the valves of the extrusion and suction pipelines.
8. Short term parking If the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid To empty the liquid. Long term parking The pump trench should be properly stored after washing and oiling.
