3. Equipment installation and activation
Unpacking inspection
Open the packaging box and compare with the table9Please confirm that the listed materials are in the packaging box. If there are any defects, please contact us promptly. outside10 List of main materials for supply:
Installation steps
After removing the device, place it steadily on a horizontal desktop or fix it on a rack;
Fasten the nuts of the two sets of screws that fix the equipment onto the ear holes on both sides of the rack, and then thread the bolts through the ear holes of the equipment and the rack
Earholes, finally riveted together with nuts;
Connect the blue wires of the power cord separately-48V(negative electrode)The black wire is connected to 0V(positive electrode)Above, the yellow green line represents the protected areaConnecting line.
Place the power switch in“on”Status: Observe whether the indicator lights on the panel are correct. At this pointpower(green light)Light up,get rid of2 individual
FailOther status indicators besides the indicator light(red light)Should be in a glowing state;
Remove the protective cap on the user side optical interface and confirm that the signal light power from the optical transceiver is within the receiving range of the optical interface on the device
After entering, input the optical signal. If the signal is correct, at this time, on the panelClientAll relevant alarm indicators should be turned off. Send the line
The optical signal at the emitting end is connected towards the direction of the line. ifLine RxIf the same encoded optical signal is received from the line, then
Linecorresponding
All status indicators should be turned off. During normal operation, there is only a power indicator light on the panel(green light)Illuminated, all others are in a extinguished state
State.
4. Common problems and solutions
1After turning on, the power does not turn on: Please check if the type of power module used is consistent with the type of power supply you are using, and check if the positive and negative polarities of the power supply are reversed. The power supply used should comply with the power specifications in this manual.
2、MLOSAlarm indicator light on: Check if the input optical power of the corresponding optical interface is in the table7 And table8 Within the defined scope.
3、LOLThe alarm indicator light is on: Please confirm whether the signal rate and frame format output by the optical transceiver are correct.
4、LOF、OOFThe alarm indicator light is on. Please confirm whether the optical power of the corresponding side receiving port is within the defined range, and whether the signal rate and frame format meet the requirements. Confirm if the fiber is connected incorrectly.
5、FailWhen the alarm light is on and cannot work properly, please contact us promptly.
precautions
1Pay attention to the cleanliness of the fiber end face. If the fiber end face is not cleaned, it will affect the product performance.
2Adopting-48VWhen using a DC power supply, do not reverse the polarity of the power supply (product matching power cord: black wire) 0V/grounds,blue line -48VPower supply).
3After the equipment is working, do not look directly at the optical port to avoid eye damage.
4The input optical power of the device's optical port should be within the receiving range of the device's receiver (specific specifications can be found in the product specification book or installation manual).
5Please keep the optical port of the device clean. Please install a protective cover when not in use to prevent dust from falling in.
6Do not allow any objects to enter the device, and do not allow liquids to seep in, in order to avoid damage to the device,And try to avoid using it in the following environments as much as possible:
Places with direct sunlight or high temperature sources for baking
Environment with drastic temperature changes
A dusty or damp place
Environment with strong electric or magnetic fields
Places where corrosive gases, flammable and explosive gases, or chemical gases diffuse
7When the device is working normally, please do not open the casing; After the malfunction occurs, please refer to Chapter 4 Common Malfunctions and Troubleshooting for handling. If it still cannot be resolved, please contact us in a timely manner.
8If you encounter the following situations, please immediately cut off the power supply of the equipment and contact us in a timely manner to negotiate a solution:
The equipment has been soaked by rainwater or liquid has entered
The equipment falls from a height or the casing is damaged
The device emits a burnt smell
The device is not functioning properly
9When the equipment leaves the factory, all parameters have been adjusted. Do not change the settings or adjust the components on the circuit board by yourself.
