Working principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen:

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a type of vibrating screen that uses a YZUL vertical motor to vibrate, and additionally installs a low amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic transducer (vibrating head) on the P-type mesh of the vibrating screen. The transducer converts the high-frequency electricity generated by the 220V AC ultrasonic control box into high-frequency sine longitudinal oscillation waves, which are transmitted to the resonator to resonate, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator. The material on the sieve undergoes low-frequency three-dimensional vibration combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve screening yield and accuracy. Thus solving the screening problems of strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, and light density.

Precautions for using ultrasonic vibrating screen:

1. When replacing screens with different mesh sizes, the screens must be tightly expanded before bonding, otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic vibration effect.

2. The nut of the connection line between the bottom frame and the power box must be tightened to prevent the power line from being worn out after loosening.

3. When there is excessive noise or heat in the power control box, the exhaust fan of the same specification inside the control box should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. The frequency of ultrasonic generator adjustment varies greatly depending on the specific gravity of the screened material, and should be adjusted according to the actual material operation.

5. When the ultrasonic vibrating screen meets the production requirements, the smaller the output power of the power control box, the better.

6. Ensure that the lower end transducer of the P-type grid is securely fastened to the grid bolts without any looseness, and regularly check for any looseness.

7. When there is an abnormality in the ultrasonic control box or transducer, if you are unable to eliminate it, please contact our technical department. Non skilled operators should not open the chassis randomly to avoid unnecessary losses.

8. The ultrasonic power control box should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and good place to facilitate fan ventilation and heat dissipation. Using it according to proper instructions can extend the system's lifespan.
