Usually used for suctioning gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non corrosive, in order to create a vacuum and pressure in a closed container. By changing the structural material, it can also be used to extract corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as working fluids. Widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, building materials, stone tools, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizers, etc.

The bearings of the 2BE water ring vacuum pump are all imported from NSK or NTN, ensuring precise positioning of the impeller and high stability during operation of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The impeller material of the 2BE water ring vacuum pump is all cast with ductile iron or welded with steel plates and stainless steel plates, fully ensuring the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions, and greatly improving its performance
Improved the service life of 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The pump body is entirely made of steel plates or stainless steel plates, which improves the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The shaft sleeve of the 2BE1 vacuum pump, as a vulnerable component, is entirely made of stainless steel by our company, which has a lifespan five times longer than ordinary materials.
The pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision cone sleeve pulley, which runs reliably, has a long belt life, and is easy to disassemble.
The coupling (direct drive) adopts a standard high-strength elastic coupling, and the elastic element is made of polyurethane material, which runs stably and reliably with a long service life.
The unique upward mounted air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are made of resin sand casting, with good surface quality. The surface of the casting does not need to be greased to improve the heat dissipation effect of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
All mechanical seals (optional accessories) are imported, fully ensuring that the 2BE1 series vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.

1. High reliability
Due to the use of hot fit interference fit between the impeller and shaft in this series of pumps, the safety factor of the shaft and bearings is high, making it highly reliable. The impeller is welded, and all wheels and blades are machined, fundamentally solving the problem of dynamic balance and ensuring smooth operation with low noise.
2. Easy maintenance
Due to the lack of inspection holes on the end cover of the pump, it is easy to view the internal structure and replace the exhaust valve plate without disassembling the pump. In addition, the replacement of the packing can also be carried out without disassembling the pump, making it convenient to release.
3. Efficient and energy-saving
This series of pumps adopts a system optimization design and a flexible exhaust valve design to avoid over compression in gas compression. By adjusting the exhaust area, energy consumption is reduced, ultimately achieving optimal operating efficiency.
4. Adapt to impact loads
The blades are formed by one-time stamping of steel plates, ensuring the profile. The welded impeller undergoes heat treatment as a whole, and the blades have good toughness and impact resistance The ability to resist bending is fundamentally guaranteed, adapting to impact loads.
Working principle of 2BE series water ring vacuum pump products
The water ring vacuum pump is a positive displacement pump that uses changes in volume to achieve the purpose of suction and exhaust.
As shown in Figure 1, the impeller is eccentrically installed inside the pump body when it rotates. The centrifugal force acting on water forms a rotating water ring on the inner wall of the pump body. The water ring is not tangent to the wheel and rotates in the direction of the arrow. During the first half of the rotation, the inner surface of the water ring gradually separates from the wheel, so the space formed between the impeller blades gradually expands, the gas pressure in the space decreases, and the gas is sucked into the space; During the second half of the rotation, the inner surface of the water ring gradually approaches the wheel, and the space between the blades gradually decreases. The air pressure increases, and when it is higher than the exhaust pressure, the gas is discharged. At this point, every time the impeller rotates, the space between the blades changes, and many spaces continue to work. The pump continuously sucks in gas.
Due to the generation of heat during work, the working water ring will generate heat, and some water and gas will be discharged. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously supply water to the pump during the process to cool and replenish the water consumed in the pump to meet the work requirements.
Product Structure Description of 2BE Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump
The 2BEA series pump is a single-stage single acting structure with a pump cover impeller. Disc pump body Composed of axes and other components. The impeller and shaft are fitted with interference fit, and the clearance between the impeller and the end face is adjusted by the positioning bearing. This clearance determines the size and ultimate pressure of gas loss in the pump cavity from the inlet to the outlet.
The packing is installed inside the two pump covers, and the sealing water enters the packing chamber through the holes on the pump covers to cool the packing and enhance the sealing effect.
When the pump is mechanically sealed, replace the packing gland with a mechanical seal gland.
Valve plates are installed on the front and rear distribution plates. The function of the valve plates is to discharge gas in front of the exhaust port when the pressure between the impeller blades reaches the exhaust pressure, reducing power consumption caused by excessive gas pressure.
