OPTOFLASHIt is the latest optical measurement system from Marposs. Optoflash, designed specifically for small shafts, fasteners, and medical implants, is an excellent solution for precision quality control in laboratories and production environments.
Optoflash is one of the top fixed optical measurement units with multiple 2D sensors, with an axial distance range within 300 mm. This means that images acquired by different sensors can be combined to generate a single composite image of the part. Suture the edges continuously without any gaps.
Due to the lack of axial movement, Optoflash S has extremely fast measurement speed and consistent and stable measurement performance over millions of cycles. Its measurement cycle is very fast, able to complete 100 static measurements within 2 seconds, regardless of how the measurement segments are distributed!
Because its software user interface is very user-friendly, anyone can measure and set up in Optoflash. Functions such as intelligent result visualization, detailed part drawings, and graphic settings enable operators to quickly validate parts and analyze the reasons for non conformities during production.

advantagefastBecause Optoflash uses 2D surface scanning optical technology, the cycle time of Optoflash is very fast. For example, it can complete 100 static measurements in 2 seconds!
flexibleOptoflash is capable of measuring size, position, and shape in both static and dynamic rotation modes. Measurement settings can be made through the software graphical user interface integrated with the product.
Easy to use- Open loading and unloading area and ergonomic tailstock system. The graphical user interface on the touchscreen display provides fast and convenient verification of measurement results.
Reliable and durableFixed 2D sensors mean no mechanical stress wear. The measurement performance of Optoflash remains stable over millions of cycles and requires minimal maintenance.
