Working principle of 2ZM vibration grinder:
The 2ZM series vibration mill is a new type of high-efficiency powder milling equipment. The equipment utilizes high-frequency vibration of the cylinder to make the grinding medium in the cylinder impact the material by inertia force. The grinding medium is usually round steel with a diameter of 16~36mm. The steel rod is carburized and quenched, and the hardness reaches HRC55 or above. When the feed particle size is greater than 15mm, take the larger diameter, and when the feed particle size is less than 15mm, take the smaller diameter, and use two or more specifications of steel bars in combination. During operation, the motor drives the shaft of the exciter with an eccentric heavy hammer to rotate through a flexible coupling and a universal coupling, causing the cylinder to vibrate. The grinding medium and materials inside the cylinder flip and impact, resulting in the material being crushed in a short period of time.
