Instron ® The 3300 series can meet the needs of standardization and routine testing, providing users with Instron grade quality at an economical price. The 3340 single column test system is suitable for tensile and/or compressive applications with test loads below 5 kN (1100 lbf) and limited laboratory space. They are usually used for quality control and production testing. The four available single column models have load capacities of 0.5, 1, 2, and 5 kN, and the vertical test range of the machine is 651 to 1383 mm.
