Testing Principles
Using the gas displacement method, the Bohr's law (PV=nRT) is applied to inert gases with small molecular diameters under certain conditions. Under constant temperature, the volume of a certain mass of gas is inversely proportional to its pressure. Accurately measure the change in gas volume before and after placing the sample in the sample chamber to obtain the true volume (also known as the skeleton volume) of the sample, thereby obtaining its true density. True density=mass/true volume.

Original movement
The original movement integrates the sample testing chamber, external chamber, pressure sensor, and control valve, ensuring the uniformity of temperature throughout the entire testing system; At the same time, ensure the high consistency of the sample testing chamber volume, with a true density testing accuracy of ± 0.03% and repeatability of ± 0.02%;
Sample testing chamber and sample pool
There are two different specifications of main equipment for users to choose from: 10ml (Φ 18mm * 39.3mm) and 100ml (Φ 49mm * 58mm). Among them: 10ml chamber instrument, equipped with one set of 10ml sample cell as standard, and can also choose to configure a small capacity 1ml/3.5ml conversion chamber for micro sample analysis and detection according to actual testing needs; 100ml chamber instrument, equipped with 1 set of 100ml sample pool as standard, and can also choose to configure a 10ml/35ml conversion chamber for sample analysis and testing according to actual testing needs;
Test mode
Positive pressure testing, with a testing pressure range of 1-1.3 atmospheres, does not require the use of a vacuum pump, making it very suitable for true density testing of hollow particle samples. It will not cause sample deformation or powder sample flying due to vacuum pumping;
Structure Design
The instrument adopts a 10 inch full touch LCD display for operation and control, without the need for an external computer. The all-in-one design is lightweight, compact, beautiful, simple, and convenient. At the same time, the instrument is equipped with an intelligent self checking program, which can automatically determine the sealing of the testing system and eliminate human operation errors;

Imported original 2 bar, high accuracy in collecting pressure data;
Standard substance
Configure non expanding alloy standard samples calibrated by the China Institute of Metrology, with a volume accuracy of up to 10-4cc. It is also possible to choose original imported standard substances certified by international authoritative certification agencies (but the price is extremely expensive);
Operating software
Independently developed, fully automated testing, sample testing takes an average of about 3 minutes to complete once, and the number of repeated tests can be automatically set. The test result data is automatically saved and displayed in a txt document, which can be exported from a USB flash drive. It is also equipped with PC standard test report generation and printing software for users to choose flexibly.
