The 4-72 centrifugal fan can be used as an indoor ventilation system for large buildings in factories, conveying air and other unnatural, harmless, and non corrosive odors to steel. The B4-72 fan can be used for ventilation and exchange of flammable and volatile gases. There must be no viscous substances in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particulate matter should not exceed 150mg/m ³. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
The performance, selected components, and foundation dimensions of B4-72 fan are consistent with those of 4-72 fan, and can be selected according to its sample. The structure of the fan is basically the same as that of the 4-42 type,
The BY series corresponding to the Y series in this table is selected for motor No. 6-14C, and the installation type is B3.The F4-72 fan is made of stainless steel material for transporting corrosive gases or high-temperature gases (≤ 500 ℃). Its performance and base size are the same as the 4-72 type.

Standardized production of the whole machine, using laser and mold embedding technology
The 4-72 C-type fan is mainly composed of a direct coupled motor distributed among the impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, and other parts.
(1) The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. Made of steel plate and calibrated for dynamic and static balance, it has good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
(2) The casing is made into two different types. The shell of No. 2.8-14 is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled, while the shell of No. 16-20 is made as a three open type. In addition to being divided into two halves along the horizontal plane, the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along the centerline and connected by bolts.
(3) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
(4) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings.
