The operator only needs to press the operation button, and the program will automatically execute the required operation, which is very convenient and simple.
High compatibility of control software: Through different settings, it can be adapted to different gases to achieve better results.
System stability: With PLC as the main control body, the action is reliable, the failure rate is low, and the stability is high.
Good safety: The safety measures of this gas cylinder cabinet distinguish between hardware and software. There are various sensing components in hardware; In terms of software, it receives signals from various sensing components and pressure transmitters, inputs them into the CPU, and the PLC can process and compare the signals. It can also stop the system supply or output alarm light information according to the set point.
Full alarm recording function: All alarm information is recorded in detail, including alarm time, end time, confirmation time, information summary, etc. Users can clearly query all operation or alarm records.
In terms of signal output, there are two ways to output signals: network or wired output
Network signal output: The gas cylinder cabinet control system can upload all states, including operational status alarm information, pressure values during gas supply, etc., to the central control through the network or hardware.
Wiring output: The gas cylinder cabinet control system can transmit the main status signals to the wiring terminals, and customers can connect them to other systems through cables.
In other aspects of support, the gas cabinet control system can be remotely operated and controlled through the network.
Characteristics of special gas cabinet equipment
According to the special design of the customer's situation, the following safety equipment may be integrated into the gas holder:
1. The gas cabinet has a self closing cabinet door with a mechanical lock.
2. Sprinklers should be installed in the gas cabinet, unless the water inside the cabinet reacts with the gas inside.
3. Fault and shutdown alarms are alerted to the operator through sound and light alarms, as well as the display on the controller screen. In addition, the shutdown alarm closed the pneumatic valve and terminated the controller program.
4. Install an overcurrent switch to sound an alarm when the downstream gas flow rate is too high.
5. Installing an exhaust monitor can monitor whether the cabinet has sufficient ventilation.
6. Choosing a diaphragm connected pressure reducing valve can automatically close the valve when the downstream gas pressure is higher than the set pressure of the pressure reducing valve, because the diaphragm and valve stem of the pressure reducing valve are mechanically connected. Note that if the valve seat of the pressure reducing valve is damaged, corroded, or contaminated, leakage may occur.
7. The flow restriction hole joint installed in the cylinder valve or cylinder joint can greatly reduce the increase in gas flow caused by downstream equipment failure (provided by the gas supplier).
For self igniting gas systems, ultraviolet/infrared detectors need to be installed.
For combustible gas systems, temperature switches need to be installed.
When a shutdown alarm occurs, manual operation is prohibited.

Each type of gas cabinet panel design is divided into two types: low vapor pressure gas and high pressure gas.
Performance: Low vapor pressure gases are equipped with functions such as disk heating, cylinder heating, and cylinder weighing, while high-pressure gases generally do not have these functions.
