1、 Product Overview

The digital ammeter is a new generation of electrical measuring instrument developed by our company based on our experience in digital measuring instruments and thorough research on domestic and foreign products, user needs, and high and low voltage distribution. Based on the latest MCU microprocessor technology and modular structure, the product features high anti-interference, high stability, and high precision. Suitable for measuring single-phase and three-phase current parameters in power distribution systems. This series of instruments has adjustable transformation ratios and supports switch input, relay output, analog output, and communication (RS485 Modbus RTU protocol). It offers multiple installation sizes and can directly replace analog pointer ammeters, making it more widely applicable to various control systems (SCADA, DCS, etc.).

When selecting voltage ranges of 3 × 57.7/100V and 3 × 100V, external PT should be considered. For ease of maintenance, it is recommended to use a wiring harness.

When selecting current ranges of 1 (2) A and 1.5 (6) A, an external CT should be used. If other instruments are connected to the CT used, the wiring should be in series. Before removing the current input connection of the product, be sure to disconnect the CT primary circuit or short-circuit the secondary circuit. For maintenance purposes, it is recommended to use a wiring harness.

▲ Ensure that the input voltage and current correspond, the phase sequence is consistent, and the direction is consistent, otherwise errors in the values and symbols of power and electrical energy may occur.

The instrument can operate in three-phase four wire or three-phase three wire mode, and users should choose the corresponding wiring method according to the on-site usage situation. Generally, the three-phase three wire method is used when there is no centerline, and the three-phase four wire method is used when there is a centerline. It should be noted that the wiring method on site must be consistent with the wiring method specified in the table, otherwise the measurement data of the instrument will be incorrect.
