The 4R3220 Raymond Mill is a new type of Raymond mill developed by our company based on the traditional 4R3216 grinding mill. The 4R3220 Raymond Mill mainly improves the grinding rollers and rings inside the main machine, which are the main processing components of the mill. The height of the grinding rollers and rings has been increased from 160mm to 200mm, increasing the material grinding area. In addition, the power of the blower has been increased from 37kw to 45kw. 4R3220 powder millThe components of:
The 4R3220 powder mill is mainly composed of a main engine, a reducer, an analyzer, a pipeline device, a blower, a dust collector, a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibration feeder, an electronic control system, etc. This equipment has strong completeness, forming an independent production system from blocks of about 200mm to finished powders.

The working principle of Raymond mill (grinding material process) is that large pieces of material are crushed to the required particle size by an E-type crusher, and then sent to a storage hopper by an elevator. The material is then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding room by a vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder is carried away by the fan airflow and classified by an analyzer. The finished product that meets the fineness is collected in the main air collection pipe through the gas flow pipeline, and then discharged through the powder outlet pipe to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is collected in the large cyclone collection tube and then discharged through the powder outlet tube to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is then drawn into the blower through the upper return duct of the large cyclone collection tube. The entire system of this machine is in a closed loop and circulates under positive and negative pressure.

The working process of the host is driven by a transmission device to rotate the central shaft, and the upper end of the shaft is connected to a plum blossom frame. The frame is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swinging fulcrum. It not only revolves around the grinding ring, but also rotates on its own due to friction. The lower end of the plum blossom stand is equipped with a scraper system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the process of rotating with the grinding roller, the scraper throws the material into the grinding roller and generates outward centrifugal force (i.e. squeezing force) to crush the material, thereby achieving the purpose of powder production.
