5XFThe series of compound air screen cleaning machines mainly rely on vertical air screens and vibrating screens to complete the sorting function. Based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the seeds, it adjusts the speed of the airflow according to the different critical velocities of the seeds and impurities to achieve separation. The lighter impurities are sucked into the dust collector for centralized discharge, while the better seeds enter the stone removal mechanism located at the feeding end of the vibrating screen after passing through the double vertical air screen. The material is separated from sand, gravel, and soil particles by the frictional force of the fish scale sieve plate and discharged from the stone outlet. The material that has undergone stone removal treatment enters the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen can discharge large impurities, small impurities, and selected seeds separately (it can also provide a series of products with four or multiple layers of screening boxes, and the cleaning and grading can be completed in one go). The sorting principle of a vibrating screen is determined based on the geometric size characteristics of the seeds. Different types and varieties of seeds require the selection and replacement of sieve pieces with different aperture sizes to meet the requirements of sorting and grading.
