Process principle of boiler dust removal equipment:
When the dust collector of a coal-fired boiler is working, one thing is to perform pre separation. When the discharged smoke enters the intake pipe, a large part of the dust will be separated due to the obstruction of the partition, which is the pre separation process. The next step is the complex filtering process. Firstly, the smoke and dust pass through the filter bag, leaving a lot of dust on its surface. Then, it is discharged through a fixed valve through the pipeline, mainly through gear shifting. In principle, it can be divided into six gears, first through the air inlet, then through the transmitter, filter, solenoid valve, and finally through the cylinder to the air outlet and discharged into the atmosphere. In order to operate and manage, factories usually choose fixed cycle dust filters. The temperature of the entire dust collector should be controlled between 60 ° C and 300 ° C during operation, otherwise the expected effect cannot be achieved.
