Product Introduction

700UPF is a 2-axis ultra precision CNC flying tool produced by Moore Nanotechnology Systems, mainly used for planar optical machining. The optional air bearing A-axis enables the 700UPF to be easily upgraded to a 3-axis machine tool. The 700UPF is equipped with a high-efficiency horizontal sliding module, which is particularly suitable for large-scale processing of large-diameter parts. The 700UPF flying knife machine follows many designs and components of the industry-leading 450UPL and 350FG diamond lathes, such as box type oil high rigidity static pressure bearing slide rails, X-axis linear motor drive, adaptive balancing Z-axis with pre-set ball screws, self balancing air shock absorbers, and Moore's unique ISO 5.5 speed 10000 pressure line compensation bidirectional air bearing spindle.
