This instrument is mainly used for samples that require high pressure to form, such as ceramics, metal powders, and various large-sized molds.

Oil circuit principle Circuit Principle

When pressure needs to be increased, first turn on the drain valveClose E and shake the fast composite plunger pump A to make the composite pump larger. The small pump will suck oil from the oil cylinder D through one-way valves A1 and A1 *, and then through one-way valves A2 * and A3 *; A2 and A3 enter working cylinder C and are displayed on pressure gauge F. When the pressure exceeds 2MPa, the large pump leaks through reverse valve G, and the small pump is pressurized with high-pressure pump B when it reaches about 14MPa. At this time, the oil enters working cylinder C through one-way valves B1, B2, and B3 for pressurization until it reaches the required pressure.

Caution: Do not exceed the maximum pressure set by the machine(40MPa or 48MPa)

Operation Manual Operating Instructions

1) Loosen the air release sealing screw 12 and maintenance screw 16 on the top of the oil cylinder, and turn the oil release valve handwheel counterclockwise. Swing the handles of the quick compound oil pump A and high-pressure oil pump B 2-3 times each to ensure smooth operation of the oil system

2) Slowly press the worktable to the lowest position with a screw, and then tighten the screw

3) Place the mold or pressed object on the workbench and pre tighten it with a screw

4) Tighten the oil release valve handwheel 9 with a clockwise needle and close the protective door

5) First, swing the fast composite pump A to around 14MPa, and then switch to high-pressure pump 8 to increase the required pressure

6) After the pressing is completed, loosen the oil release valve handwheel counterclockwise and remove the mold or the pressed object

Precautions Notes

1) Before use, it is necessary to loosen the air release screw 12 and maintenance screw 16 on the oil cylinder, and then empty the two plungers while releasing the oil valve to ensure that the system works normally

2) Before and during each use, the workbench should be pressed to the bottom with a screw

3) Keep the engine oil clean, especially at the sliding parts of the large and small pistons, and regularly lubricate the lead screw with oil

4) In case of leakage and maintenance, it is necessary to promptly replenish the pressure oil to within 100mm from the top of the oil cylinder. The pressure oil should be 46 # clean engine oil

5) Always check the pressure reading and never use it under excessive pressure, otherwise danger may occur

6) The large piston 6 should not exceed a stroke of 50mm
