Oil circuit principle Circuit Principle
|

|
The oil in oil cylinder 1 passes through small piston 4, then through low-pressure valves 3 and 10, high-pressure valves 5 and 7, and enters large piston 12. The pressure is displayed by pressure gauge 2. Release oil valve 6, and the oil in large piston 12 returns to oil cylinder 1 under pressure, and large piston 12 resets.
|
Operation Manual Operating Instructions
Loosen the screw of oil cylinder 1, tighten the oil discharge valve 6, open the protective door 15, pull out the workbench 14, place the mold (or compressed object) on the workbench 14, then push the workbench 14 in, use the screw 17 to pre tighten the compressed object, close the protective door 15, shake the pressure handle of the small piston 4, apply pressure to the compressed object, press it to the required pressure, release the oil valve 6, and remove the compressed object.
Precautions Notes
((1) Before use, it is necessary to loosen the screw on oil cylinder 1 (tighten this screw during transportation), loosen oil valve 6, shake the pressure handle of small piston 4, and empty it several times to remove air from the system.
(2) When pre tightening the compressed object with screw 17, do not apply too much force
(3) The stroke of the large piston cannot exceed 50mm
(4) Close the valve on the back seat of the oil cylinder during maintenance to prevent oil from flowing out of cylinder 1
(5) Pressurization is not allowed to exceed its pressure range to avoid danger
(6) The oil in cylinder 1 is 46 # engine oil
