1、 The purpose of the fan
The 8-09 and 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fans are specialized fans that are matched with iron furnaces with melting rates of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7t/h. They can also be used to blow and transport non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gases in various furnaces and forging furnaces. Other similar performance fans can also be selected, but the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3.
2、 Type of fan
1. The 8-09 and 9-12 types of fans are both single suction fans. Our company has designed five machine numbers for the 8-09 type fan, which are No. 6.8A, 7.1D, 8D, 8.5D, and 9D. Our company's designed machine numbers for 9-12 type fans include six machine numbers: 6.8A, 7.1A, 7.4D, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.
2. 8-09. The casing of the 9-12 type fan can be made in two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
3. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. The casing of the "forward" and "reverse" fan is made at 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees.
3、 The structure of the fan
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, seals, a machine base, etc.
1. Impeller: The impeller is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, so it runs smoothly.
2. Chassis: Welding ordinary steel plates into a snail shaped shell as a whole.
3. Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate with bolts.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel and the bearing housing has an overall structure. Using rolling bearings, the rolling bearings are lubricated with grease.
