80-1 desktop low-speed centrifugeworking principle:
The centrifuge generates centrifugal force by rotating at a certain speed, so that the liquid test substance in the centrifuge tube is separated and precipitated according to its particle size and mass under the action of centrifugal force, achieving the experimental purpose.

instructions:
The worktable of the centrifuge should be balanced and fixed, and the workspace should be neat, clean, dry, and well ventilated.
2. Connect the external power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.
3. Turn off the power switch.
4. Open the centrifuge cover and wipe the inner cavity and rotor clean.
5. Install a centrifugal tube for weighing *.
6. Close the centrifuge cover and set the timer.
7. Close the power switch, adjust the speed control button, and increase the desired speed.
Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the left position, the timer must be set to the "OFF" position, the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.
9. Wipe the inner cavity and rotor, and close the centrifuge cover.
Maintenance and upkeep:
l: Do not place any objects on the centrifuge cover. After each use, be sure to clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotor, cover the centrifuge cover to prevent dust and dirt from entering.
2: If the centrifuge has not been used for a long time, the centrifuge cover should be opened for a period of time to dry the inner cavity before reuse.
3: The carbon brush of the motor should be replaced promptly after 3000 hours of use to avoid wear on the commutator.
4: It is normal for centrifuges to experience natural wear and tear after long-term use.
