The maximum working capacity of the plate rolling machine is determined by four main parameters: the maximum plate thickness (pre bending thickness), the maximum plate width, the material of the rolled plate, and the minimum drum diameter at the maximum specification. The conversion relationship between the four parameter variables during operation, that is, the working capacity conversion relationship of the machine, is provided to users in the random instruction manual,useFacilitate users to use the device more reasonably.
2. This machine can roll conical workpieces. When rolling conical workpieces, due to the large force on one end, it is required that the capacity of rolling conical workpieces be 60% of the equipment capacity. At this time, the taper of the rolled conical workpiece generally does not exceed 30 °. But as the width of the thick plate decreases and the equipment load decreases, the taper can correspondingly increase. The straightening ability is 60% to 70% of the equipment's capacity.
3.When rollingWhen the diameter of the workpiece is below 40mm and 600mm, an upper roller with a diameter of 530mm can be used.
