This wide mouthed bottle has a large mouth and can be equipped with plastic caps, aluminum caps, transparent inner plugs, self sealing gaskets, aluminum foil gaskets, etc. The material is sodium calcium glass. The sodium calcium wide mouthed bottle is produced by a row and column machine using a pressure blowing method, which is consistent with the principle of manual machine technology. It starts to inflate when the blank falls into the initial mold, forming a prototype bottle blank. After being inserted into the molding mold by a flipping clamp arm, it is blown twice. Because it is a fully automatic pneumatic structure, from the blank falling into the material groove to the glass bottle being pushed into the secondary annealing furnace by a conveyor belt, it is a series of automatic processes.
