The 900X emergency shut-off valve is a valve used in parallel water supply systems for firefighting and domestic use, to adjust the direction of water supply. When a fire occurs, there is an urgent need for a large amount of water for firefighting. Immediately cut off the domestic water supply and provide sufficient firefighting water; When the water pressure decreases after the fire stops, the valve automatically opens and returns to a normally open state, restoring domestic water supply. This valve eliminates the need for a dedicated fire water supply network in the system, saving construction costs and water usage. Valve control, stable and reliable, easy to debug, long service life.

When a fire occurs and fire water is used, the valve automatically closes for domestic water, providing sufficient fire water. When the fire department stops using water, the pressure decreases and the valve automatically restores domestic water supply. This valve eliminates the need for a dedicated fire water supply network, saving construction costs and daily water consumption. This valve has sensitive control, stable reliability, simple debugging, and long service life. Widely used in chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, electricity, liquefied gas, food, water supply and drainage, municipal, mechanical equipment supporting, electronics industry, urban construction, etc.

Before installing the 900X emergency shut-off valve, a filter should be installed to meet the requirements of easy drainage.

1. The hydraulic control valve used in engineering is a product that has been inspected and approved by the manufacturer, with complete identification and technical documentation that meets the requirements.

2. According to the functional requirements, select the type of valve, and then determine the material of the valve body and sealing parts based on the pipeline conveying medium, temperature, building standards, and owner requirements.

3. The installation of hydraulic control valves in engineering should have sufficient space for management, operation, installation, and maintenance, and should comply with the requirements of pipelines for valves.

4. The nominal pressure of valves varies in different levels such as 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, and 4.0 MPa. The working pressure of the medium transported by pipelines should be lower than the nominal pressure value of the valve.

5. Water control valves should be installed on pipelines with unidirectional flow of the medium.

6. When using flange connections for pipelines, hydraulic control valves with flange connections should be used; When using groove type connections for pipelines, hydraulic control valves with groove type connections should be used.

7. The direction of the arrow on the main valve body of the hydraulic control valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline system.

8. There should be no air blockage or obstruction in the hydraulic control valve pipe section. Automatic exhaust valves should be installed in gas storage sections such as high positions in the pipeline network.

9. Strength and tightness tests should be conducted before valve installation.

10. When installing the valve horizontally, the valve cover and stem should face upwards. When installed vertically, the valve cover and stem should face outward.
