Principle:
The principle of cold catalysis involves the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen in a closed system through a catalyst to generate water, which is then consumed to create an anaerobic environment. This, combined with a gas supply system, constant temperature and humidity system, provides a suitable environment for the cultivation of anaerobic microorganisms.
Technical parameters:
-Box material: The transparent part of the box is made of 10mm polyacrylic acid resin (acrylic) to ensure good transparency, insulation, and corrosion resistance. It has excellent annealing process and modern ergonomic design;
-Built in HEPA (High Efficiency Air Filter).
-Cultivation area 865 x 430 x 400mm, dimensions: length (L) x height (H) x width (W): 1255mm x 710mm x 720mm, can accommodate 410-750 90mm petri dishes, 250mL triangular flasks>80; 500mL triangular bottle>50 pieces; More than 100 250mL reagent bottles; More than 80 500mL reagent bottles; Homogeneous bags can hold more than 100 items;
-The instrument control is based on a PLC programmable logic control system, using a 7-inch color LCD touch screen operation interface. The alarm and status information are clearly displayed on the touch screen, and the main parameters are displayed in large font, which is easy to observe, beautiful and practical. At the same time, four different levels of user passwords and one engineer password can be set.
-The sleeveless A35 anaerobic workstation has a sleeveless operating port, without gloves or sleeves, allowing for completely bare handed operation without the need for vacuum filling or nitrogen filling, saving a lot of gas.
-Built in quick transfer gate, with a capacity of 12 liters (20 * 20 * 30cm), can transfer 40 90mm petri dishes at once, making it easy to transfer them into triangular bottles or homogenization bags, and triangular bottles or reagent bottles with a height less than 185mm. The transfer gate uses N2 blowing to smoothly transfer the sample or equipment out or into the workstation within 60 seconds. The transfer gate adopts a non space occupying hinge side sliding inner door, and the sealing ring of the inner door adopts a circular vacuum airbag. The airbag is automatically controlled by a PLC controller to vacuum and inflate, and the door is automatically opened.
-Intelligent protection function of transfer gate: Without completing nitrogen gas purging inside the transfer gate, the internal automatic door cannot be opened. When the inner door is opened, the door of the external transfer gate cannot be opened, and external air cannot enter the internal area of the instrument through the transfer gate, making the internal environment less susceptible to impact.
-Optional built-in single dish transfer device, capable of quickly transferring culture dishes and small vessels of various sizes.
-The automatic dehumidification control system does not require user intervention. The instrument is equipped with a digital humidity control unit and uses a designed semiconductor condenser to reduce humidity. The humidity value is displayed on the control panel, and even if the air conditioning is turned off at night, the humidity can still be controlled.
-Temperature control range: room temperature+5 ℃ to 45 ℃, display accuracy of 0.1 ℃, average temperature ± 0.5 ℃
-Gas supply: dual cylinder gas supply, pure nitrogen cylinder and anaerobic mixture gas, anaerobic mixture gas composition: 10% H2, 10% CO2, 80% N2

-Double fluorescent tubes and fluorescent lighting system with ventilation device, equipped with over temperature protection function, with a delay shutdown function of up to 240 minutes;
-Optional built-in two power sockets, with the socket power switch controlled by a touch screen;
-The standard data recording module can record changes in temperature, pressure, and humidity for up to 31 days, and can also record all events related to the instrument. The data curve can be viewed intuitively on the screen. Optional data download function, available for download on a USB flash drive. The file format can be converted to text format and can be opened in Excel for easy saving or curve drawing.
-Optional built-in anaerobic indicator device, using high-precision oxygen probe, can display oxygen concentration, and can also indicate anaerobic status in three colors on the screen. Red indicates oxygen concentration>0.5%, yellow indicates oxygen concentration between 0.1% -0.5%, and green indicates oxygen concentration<0.1%;
-Upgraded with a movable front panel, disassembly and assembly do not require any tools, making it easy to disinfect and clean, and allowing for quick transfer of samples into or out of the workstation.
-Work environment requirements: The length of the workbench should be 1500mm, the width should be greater than 750mm, the ambient temperature should be 15-25 ℃, the relative humidity should be less than 70%, and it should not be placed under the air conditioning outlet.
