    3、 Structure

    AELCThe self-priming device is composed of a spray body, joints, pressure switch components, solenoid valves, pneumatic valve components, time circuit breakers, intermediate relays, and other components assembled into an electrical box, which is easy to install and use. The appearance, installation dimensions, connection method, and electrical circuit diagram of the device are shown in the attached figure:

    4、 Action process

    Before starting the pump, the outlet valve of the pump must be closed (no air leakage is allowed in the pipeline) and the inlet valve must be opened. Press the button to turn on the power, and the solenoid valve will automatically open. Due to the action of compressed air, the pneumatic valve will also open at the same time, and the self-priming device will start to extract air from the pump, gradually forming a vacuum. Evacuation time relay control (depending on the air storage capacity of the pump and suction pipeline, the action time of the time relay is set, and the factory time is set to2min)After the pumping is completed, the time relay commands the motor to start automatically, and the pump starts working (at this time, the pump outlet valve is opened). Under the pressure of the pump outlet, the pressure switch is activated, causing the electromagnetic valve to close and the pneumatic valve to close, and the self-priming device stops working. When the outlet pressure of the pump is lower than the opening point pressure of the pressure switch, the pressure switch will turn on the solenoid valve, and the self-priming device will work to keep the pump running normally.

    The running time of the pump or when the pump needs to stop can be controlled by an automatic stop device to stop both the pump and the self-priming device at the same time.

    5、 Instructions for use
