AMBERJET ® UP6150 is composed of fully regenerated yin-yang resin and is used in mixed beds after reverse osmosis devices in ultrapure water systems. This mixed bed resin product is generally used in the ultra pure water refining of special electronic industries, such as the production of disk drives, display devices CD-ROM、 Independent semiconductor devices, low-density integrated circuits, or used for block and accessory operations in downstream integrated circuits. These applications require both high-purity water quality and economic viability. As long as the design of the ultrapure water system is reasonable, AMBERJET®UP6150 can achieve 18M Ω· cm in the first operation of the refined mixed bed, and the TOC content of water is less than 5ppb. Because of AMBERJET®UP6150 has high-level regeneration characteristics and is also suitable for application in other common ultrapure water manufacturing industries.
AMBERJET®UP6150 and its resin components undergo post-treatment and regeneration to ensure the lowest equilibrium leakage of ions. The resin being shipped has a highly regenerated form H+Type and OH-Type. With sufficient treatment of the inflow and reasonable mixed bed design, AMBERJET®The effluent resistivity of UP6150 can reach 18M Ω· cm, and it is impossible for a single unit in its silica system to fully guarantee the purity of water quality.
