Using high-precision high-definition industrial cameras to capture images of LED beads lit up at low currents, the software automatically recognizes templates, identifies bright spots on LED beads, and tests the voltage at low currents to automatically determine whether the LED beads are lit up and whether the voltage is within the set range; Finally, the results will be automatically uploaded to the MES system.
2. The testing machine has a flexible structure
There are multiple options for connecting with the production line docking station, including left in and right out, right in and left out, left in and left out, right in and right out, and board passing.
Equipped with two sets of probes on the left and right sides, the track width adjustment range is wide, and the probe height is adjustable, compatible with various splicing lamp types.
3. High degree of intelligence

The annotation method of the position information can be edited according to the needs, and the position information can be displayed on the test pattern.

5 Brightness can be graded for judgment

6 Scanning and Judgment
It can automatically scan the QR code of the lamp board mold and also input it automatically.
When scanning and testing NG, the device automatically alarms and stops working.
