Overview of AVAX brass exhaust valve
AVAX brass exhaust valve automatic exhaust valve is mainly used in HVAC systems, often installed at high points or bends to eliminate excess gas in pipelines, improve pipeline efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
AVAX brass exhaust valve structure
AVAX brassCharacteristics of exhaust valve
1. Excellent sealing performance, the sealing ring gasket is made of high-temperature resistant synthetic rubber, completely eliminating the problem of water leakage.
2. Large displacement: The displacement is directly proportional to the system pressure.
3. Easy maintenance: Simply unscrew the valve body for cleaning without affecting the normal operation of the system.
4. Application scope: Radiators, pipelines, boilers, air conditioning systems, and other applications that require the use of air-water separation in heating systems.
AVAX brassInstallation method of exhaust valve:
1. Automatic exhaust valves should be installed vertically, ensuring that the float inside the valve body is in a vertical position and cannot be installed horizontally or upside down;
2. Due to the lower density of gas compared to water, it will climb along the pipeline all the way to the highest point of the system and gather here. In order to improve exhaust efficiency, automatic exhaust valves are generally installed at the highest point of the system;
3. For ease of maintenance, automatic exhaust valves are generally used together with block valves, so that dismantling the exhaust valve does not require shutting down the system;
AVAX brassPrecautions for installation of exhaust valve:
1. Firstly, install the blocking valve vertically on the pipeline, and then use a wrench to screw the valve body onto the blocking valve. A maintenance space of at least 10cm should be reserved vertically above the valve body.
2. If it needs to be installed on a 3/4 diameter pipeline, only a 1/2 to 3/4 replacement core needs to be added.
3. If there is no exhaust, please unscrew the valve body, remove the dirt, and reinstall.
