【 Installation Method 】

Acetone chromatography packed columnThe installation at the injector and detector is similar. One end of the injector for filling the column should leave a sufficient gap (at least 50mm) to prevent the inserted syringe needle from touching the glass fiber or column filling material filled at the column end; At one end of the detector, there should also be enough empty column (at least 40mm) to prevent the bottom of the nozzle from touching the glass fiber or column filling material filled at the column end. As shown in the following figure

Note: After the installation of the chromatographic column, all joints, including the pressure reducing valve joint, purification tube joint, chromatographic column joint, injector, and detector, should be checked for leaks with soapy water to ensure the airtightness of the entire gas circuit.
