Product details

Acid corrosion crack flow meter

Main technical parameters

1、 Experimental function of equipment
1. Meet the requirements for simulating acid flow and backflow experiments in cracks.
2. Meet the flow experiments of different media such as simulated fracturing fluid and gas-liquid two-phase flow in fractures
3. Meet the requirements for evaluating rock acid fluid filtration and fracturing fluid filtration experiments.
Proppant flow capacity test:
1. The hydraulic press applies different closing pressures to the testing chamber containing the proppant to make the proppant in a semi stable state;
2. Inject test fluid into the supporting agent layer, collect data through various sensors and computers at regular intervals, and measure the crack width, pressure difference, etc. under each closing pressure;
3. Calculate the permeability and fracture conductivity of the proppant layer using Darcy's formula;
4. Repeat this process until all required closure pressures and flow rates are evaluated;
5. Heat the testing room to the reservoir temperature and then test the proppant layer.
Acid corrosion conductivity test:
1. Load two rock cores into the testing room and simulate a crack width;
2. Simulate the acidification flow experiment of acid in cracks to determine the filtration loss of acid solution.
3. Apply different closing pressures to the rock core etched with acid to form grooves using a hydraulic press;
4. Inject test fluid into the rock core eroded by acid, collect data through various sensors and computers at regular intervals, and measure the thickness and pressure difference of the rock core under each closing pressure;
5. Use Darcy's formula to calculate the rock core erosion and fracture conductivity;
6. Repeat this process until all required closure pressures and flow rates are evaluated
