Principle of Active Clay Bulk Density Measurement Device: Dust falls freely from the funnel at a certain height and fills the measuring cup; Measure the mass per unit volume of the measuring cup in a loose state, i.e. the bulk density. Load the sample to be tested into a funnel, naturally fall down along the lower end of the funnel and flow into the measuring cylinder. 3. Fill the beaker with the sample to be tested. Close the discharge port of the funnel and place the measuring cylinder at the center of its outlet. Pour the sample into the funnel, open the discharge valve of the funnel to allow the abrasive to fall freely until it is completely drained, and avoid vibration during this process.450Use a straightedge to scrape off any excess samples on the measuring cylinder. When scraping, the straightedge should be approximately level with the upper surface of the measuring bucket

4. Scrape the corners perpendicular to each other four times. This process should prevent compaction of the sample in the measuring cylinder and avoid vibration. Then weigh the sample in the measuring bucket.
