2、 Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB chromatography column (C18, C8, phenyl and cyano) provides four bonded stationary phases for method development optimization. These chromatographic columns can provide good peak shapes within a wide pH range (pH 2-9), and flexible alternative methods can be developed using a series of chromatographic columns. The Eclipse XDB chromatographic column can be used for method development under low pH (2-3) conditions, and the same chromatographic column can also be used for method development in the medium pH range (6-8). In the moderate pH range, residual silanol groups have greater activity and are more prone to interactions, resulting in peak tailing. To overcome these interactions, the Eclipse XDB chromatography column undergoes ultra tight bonding and double capping through a process to cover as much active silanol groups as possible. The ultimate alkaline compound exhibits excellent peak shapes within the pH range of 2-9. We can provide Ellipse XDB chromatography columns with particle sizes of 1.8, 3.5, 5, and 7 µ m to achieve high-speed, high separation, analysis, and preparation amplification separation.
