Air conditioning unit humidifierThis system JY-QS1 dry mist humidifier, also known as air-water mixing humidifier, consists of several air-water mixing nozzles, main controller, auxiliary controller, water and gas treatment, water and gas distribution, and other parts. Compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle through a pressure regulating valve, while pushing the pneumatic piston inside the nozzle to move the needle valve backwards, opening the water outlet. The sprayed compressed air creates a negative pressure (vacuum) in the water circuit and air-water mixing ratio control device connected to the nozzle, and pushes the valve stem in the ratio control device downwards, opening the water circuit. At the same time, the compressed air opens the pneumatic shut-off valve, and water flows through the proportional control device, reaches the nozzle, and mixes with the compressed air to form a water mist.
A dry mist humidifier needs to be paired with a wet film humidifier for humidification. When the humidifier is in operation and excess moisture is not completely vaporized, it can be absorbed by the wet film material to form a uniform circulating water film. When dry air passes through the humidifier, some of the water comes into contact with the air, vaporizes and evaporates, and the air humidity increases again, playing a role in secondary humidification.

Innovation point 1: Pneumatic needle valve with automatic removal of scale and dust, and prevention of dripping function
The pneumatic needle valve with automatic removal of scale and dust, and prevention of dripping is shown in Figure 1. The nozzle atomization device consists of a nozzle base, a front cover, a back cover, a nozzle valve core (pneumatic needle valve), a piston, and several sealing rings. The front cover is set at the front end of the nozzle base, with a water outlet on it, and the back cover is set at the rear end of the nozzle base. The nozzle valve core is installed in the cavity of the nozzle base, and a piston is also installed at the rear end of the nozzle valve core. A compression spring is also set between the rear end of the nozzle valve core and the back cover, and an "O" - shaped sealing ring is installed at the front end; The nozzle base is also equipped with water and air circuits, with the water circuit connected to the cavity of the nozzle base, and one of the air circuits connected to the bottom of the nozzle base and the other connected to the top of the nozzle base. The front end of the nozzle valve core is also equipped with a fine needle that matches the water outlet on the front cover. When compressed air enters the nozzle from the air inlet 14, it is sprayed all the way from the front end of the nozzle, while pushing the pneumatic piston inside the nozzle to drive the needle valve to move backward, opening the water outlet. Using the siphon principle, a vacuum is generated in the waterway channel, and water is sucked into the nozzle through the inlet 13 and sprayed out from the outlet, where it is atomized by air. By using the on/off of compressed air, the reciprocating motion of the nozzle valve core (i.e. pneumatic needle valve) can be controlled. The fine needle at the front end of the nozzle valve core, which matches the water outlet on the front cover, can quickly remove the scale and dust from the water outlet. When the compressed air is disconnected or the air pressure is below 0.2 MPa, the nozzle valve core immediately seals the water outlet under the action of the tail spring force, and no dripping water flows. Install pneumatic valve devices inside the atomizing nozzle, both domestically and internationally.
Innovation point 2: The structure of the atomizing nozzle determines its vacuum water absorption function
The outlet of the atomizing nozzle is wrapped by the compressed air outlet, and the outlet protrudes from the air outlet. Using the siphon principle of high-speed jet of compressed air, negative pressure suction is applied. Water is wrapped in compressed air, which facilitates the atomization of water. Due to the lack of pressure when spraying water, the wear of the water on the outlet is very small, and the service life of the atomizing nozzle can be as long as 30 years; Due to negative pressure water absorption, the pressure resistance requirements for water and gas supply pipelines are low, and there will be no pipeline rupture; Due to negative pressure water absorption, the requirement for water supply pressure is low, and there is no need to configure a waterway booster pump.
At present, both domestic and foreign atomizing nozzles operate using pressure water supply. There are generally the following drawbacks:
