The fully welded plate type air (gas) preheater has been widely used in industries such as refining, chemical, steel, power, cement, and light industry. Structural principle

The fully welded plate type air (gas) preheater is currently one of the more advanced high-efficiency and energy-saving products, with advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, pressure reduction, compact structure, corrosion resistance, long service life, low dust accumulation and easy cleaning. It avoids the failure caused by traditional heat pipe heat exchangers due to high temperature tube bursting, low temperature corrosion, dust accumulation and blockage, and avoids the disadvantages of large heat pipe structure, short service life, and difficult cleaning. Compared with traditional tubular and rotary preheaters, it overcomes common problems such as ash accumulation, coking, and air leakage, and is increasingly widely used in the petrochemical, power, and steel industries.

By selecting different materials based on the waste heat temperature, a multi-stage combination of high-temperature preheating and low-temperature preheating can be achieved, solving the difficulties of high-temperature heat recovery and low-temperature dew point corrosion problems.

Optimization design of large and unequal channels

Based on the temperature and volume changes before and after air (gas) heating and flue gas cooling, the fully welded plate type air (gas) adopts a cross flow and counter flow plate design with unequal channels. According to the characteristic of easy ash accumulation and blockage of flue gas, the spacing between flue gas side channels is ≥ 16mm. By optimizing the spacing between plate bundles, the gas flow channel can be made smooth, ensuring excellent fluid dynamics performance - high heat transfer efficiency and low pressure drop
