1、 Structure
The detachable plate heat exchanger consists of a plate group and a frame. The specific structure is shown in the above figure
Plate group: A heat exchange surface is formed by combining a certain number of pressed metal corrugated plates, which are sealed by rubber pads and distributed to designated flow channels
Framework: Support and fix plate groups, and provide interfaces for system connection.

2、 Working principle and structure
There are four corner holes on the board for two types of fluids to pass through for heat transfer. The plate is installed in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable plate on one side, and clamped with clamping bolts. The plate is equipped with sealing gaskets to seal the fluid channels and guide the fluid to flow alternately into their respective channels, forming heat exchange. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop, and temperature difference of the fluid determine the number and size of the plates. The corrugated plate not only increases the turbulence level, but also forms many support points, which are sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media.
The metal plate and the movable clamping plate are suspended on the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod end is fixed on the support column. However, if one or both fluids pass through the heat exchanger more than once, the interface should be opened on the fixed plate and the movable clamping plate.
