The aluminum powder paste ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with a central axis cross drive. The material is evenly fed into the mill through the feeding hole. The mill is equipped with wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, and chemical reaction resistant bearing steel balls, which are of different specifications. Then, special chemical formulas are added. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and causes them to fall, resulting in heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material is ball ground in the aluminum powder paste grinding room, the powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation. There are many types of aluminum powder paste ball mills, all of which have a rotatable cylinder. The difference lies in the loading of grinding materials, the feeding and discharging methods, and the transmission and support methods, forming various types of ball mills. In a dual chamber aluminum powder paste mill, the first chamber is used for coarse grinding, and the grinding body in the simplified form is mainly used for impact crushing with grinding function.
