1. Sliding block part: It adopts hydraulic transmission, and the sliding block part is composed of a sliding block, an oil cylinder, and a mechanical stopper fine adjustment structure. The left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) drives the slider to move up and down through hydraulic pressure. The mechanical stopper is controlled and adjusted by the numerical control system;
2. Workbench section: Operated by a button box, the motor drives the material rack to move forward and backward, and the distance of movement is controlled by the CNC system, with a small reading of 0.01 millimeters (both front and rear positions have travel switch limits);
3. Synchronization system: This machine is a mechanical synchronization mechanism composed of torsion shafts, swing arms, joint bearings, etc. It has a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy. The mechanical stopper is adjusted by a motor and controlled by a numerical control system;
4. Material blocking mechanism: The material blocking is driven by a motor, and the two screw rods are synchronously moved through chain operation. The CNC system controls the size of the material blocking.
Operating procedures for angle bending machine:
1. Strictly follow the operating procedures for machine tool workers and wear labor protection equipment according to regulations;
2. Before starting, it is necessary to carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit, and grounding are normal and secure, and check that all operating parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position;
3. Check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower molds; Check whether each positioning device meets the requirements for processing;
4. When the skateboard and all positioning axes are not at the origin, run the return to origin program;
5. After the equipment is started, it should be idle for 1-2 minutes, and the skateboard should be fully moved 2-3 times. If any abnormal sound or malfunction is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated before it can work normally;
6. During work, one person should be in charge of unified command to ensure close cooperation between the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel, and to ensure that all cooperating personnel are in position before issuing the bending signal;
7. When bending the sheet metal, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet metal from lifting and injuring people during bending;
8. When adjusting the sheet metal pressing mold, the power must be cut off and the operation must be stopped before proceeding;
9. When changing the opening of the variable lower mold, no material is allowed to come into contact with the lower mold;
10. When the machine tool is working, no one is allowed to stand at the rear of the machine tool
Instructions for using angle bending machine:
A brief introduction to processing Q235 sheet metal using a regular hydraulic bending machine:
1. Firstly, connect the power supply, turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start.
2. Travel adjustment: When using a bending machine, attention should be paid to adjusting the travel, and a test drive should be conducted before bending. When the upper mold of the bending machine descends to the bottom, there must be a gap of plate thickness. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and machine. The adjustment of the itinerary also includes electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.
3. When selecting a bending groove, it is generally necessary to choose a groove with a width 8 times the thickness of the board. If bending a 4mm sheet metal, a slot of about 32 should be selected.
4. Rear gear adjustment generally includes electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, using the same method as a shearing machine.
5. Press the foot switch to start bending. Unlike the shearing machine, the bending machine can be released at any time. Release the foot switch to stop the bending machine, and then press it again to continue the downward movement.
