principle
After the burner controller is started, the gas solenoid valve (2) is opened, and the ignition transformer is connected. An ignition spark appears near the nozzle of the burner (5), and the electric disc valve (6) is at the ignition opening. An appropriate amount of combustion air flows towards the burner (5). The air/fuel ratio valve (3) adjusts its own gas outlet pressure proportionally through the action of the pressure pipe. When there is a demand for temperature rise in the furnace, the air disc valve (6) is continuously opened, and the increased air pressure increases its gas outlet pressure through the action of the air/fuel ratio valve pressure pipe. The manual air cock (7) adjusts the maximum air flow rate. The function of the burner tube is to stabilize the flame shape and ensure thorough mixing and complete combustion of air/gas. The cold air sent out by the additional air vent is used to affect the flame temperature, thereby causing staged combustion of the burner, which can avoid heat loss of the burner components and also enable the burner (5) to operate near equivalent combustion. In addition, the flame guide tube can also protect the flame from the cooling effect caused by the passage of dry materials.
