Asphalt high temperature viscosity meter

1、 Product Introduction:

Asphalt high-temperature viscometer, using Brookfield viscometer and heater, changes the internal heating furnace structure based on the original Thermosel heater, uses the British Continental controller PID to control the temperature to 700 degrees, uses software developed by Huanao to control temperature and viscosity, collects, organizes, calculates and saves data, and can define SMC and SRC to achieve the function of testing high-temperature asphalt viscosity. Asphalt is prone to oxidation and sintering when exposed to air at high temperatures. We adopt vacuum method, extract air and inject inert gas for protection, and wash the gas again to reduce the internal oxygen concentration and avoid asphalt sintering effect.

2、 Technical parameters:

1. Using the Brookfield viscosity measurement system from the United States as the main body, a special application combination asphalt high-temperature viscometer with a temperature range of up to 700 ℃ has been developed through moderate modification of the internal heating method;

2. At medium and high temperatures, viscosity data is mostly low. In order to provide better measurement sensitivity and accuracy for the host, LV or RV torque models are used as viscosity measurement hosts (actual models depend on the viscosity range specified by the user);

3. The modified technical parameters of Thermosel heater in Brookfield products are 700 ℃, and the modified asphalt high-temperature viscosity meter can reach 700 ℃ as the main temperature control unit we use;

4. The asphalt high-temperature viscometer has used software to collect viscosity and temperature data simultaneously. The software can set variable speed, rotor parameters SMC and SRC, calculate shear force and shear rate, produce images, and export data;

5. The needle rotation conditions and various parameters during the testing process can be based on Brookfield's existing parameters, or the rotor and crucible parameters can be defined by oneself;
