1. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ), press the power switch, and the display window will show the "0" position. Wait for the test.
2. Place the negative pressure container, along with the water and specimen inside, into the vibration table, cover the covers of both negative pressure containers, and push the vent valve into the closed position.
3. Press the 'Auto' button to start automatic operation. According to the preset program of the instrument, the instrument will first evacuate to a vacuum degree of 97.3Kpa and maintain the vacuum state for 20 minutes. Then, the vibration table will automatically oscillate several times every 2 minutes. The automatic program will automatically shut down after 60 minutes of operation.
4. If the operator's task test meets the requirements, they can press the "stop" button and pull out the vent valve, remove the negative pressure container cover plate, remove the material cylinder, and turn off the power.
5. If there is still gas in the specimen that has not been completely removed after the automatic control test, the operator can also use manual control function to continue the operation of the instrument. First press the "Extract" button, then press the "Vibration" button. The instrument will oscillate the negative pressure container while extracting air. During this process, you can press the "Stop" button at any time to interrupt its action. Repeat the above operation until it meets the requirements, then press the "stop" button to stop working.

Before using the instrument, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil in the suction pump is within the range of the oil gauge. If the oil level is insufficient or the oil has deteriorated, it should be refilled or replaced in a timely manner.
2. After placing the sample inside, the water level should be 3cm below the barrel mouth to prevent the lubricating oil from deteriorating due to the waterproof suction pump.
3. If there is no pressure indication on the pressure gauge after turning on the vacuum pump, it should be turned off and the cause should be identified before turning it on again. The vacuum pump will be damaged if it works without negative pressure for a long time.
4. It is strictly prohibited to operate the vacuum pump without oil. When the pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port.
5. It is strictly prohibited to clean two negative pressure containers with trichloroethylene. Clean with asphalt cleaner.
