Atlas ™ Automatic hydraulic press -8T, 15T, 25T & 40T

Automatic hydraulic press 8T, 15T, 25T and 40T are programmable, microprocessor controlled electric vacuum disc machines designed to run 8T respectively,

Pressure of 15T, 25T, and 40T. Suitable for a wide range of tablet applications including XRF and IR sample preparation. All tablet presses can be used with Specac molds and other sample preparation accessories.

This type of tablet press can control applications, release external loads, adjust samples, and produce samples with a diameter of up to 200mm. The external load can be maintained indefinitely or for a certain period of time through program control. The image display screen shows the stage status and loading status of the tablet press program, and provides a digital display of the applied load, accompanied by an alarm/prompt at the end of a cycle.

The safety protection window equipped with PETG material is Atlas ™ The standard equipment for automatic tablet presses, Atlas ™ The automatic tablet press complies with the strictest European regulations and has been CE certified.

Atlas ™ The automatic tablet press has a spacing of up to 155mm between the pressing surfaces, making it very suitable for using Specac's pumpable tablet molds to prepare KBr tablets for infrared analysis. They can also be paired with Atlas ™ Heating plates are used for various compression applications, including the preparation of polymer film substrates.
