The standard 0 to 15T manual hydraulic press P/N GS15011 can operate with a maximum load of 15T. The tablet press itself is equipped with a pressure relief valve (located below the pressure gauge). The tablet press can be set to a maximum load capacity, and when the pressure exceeds the maximum load during the actual loading process, the pressure relief valve can release the excess pressure. The maximum load can be displayed on a standard pressure gauge ranging from 0 to 15T. Therefore, if the pressure relief valve isAfter correction and adjustment, according to the maximum load value displayed on the 15T pressure gauge (such as 5T), it will apply the corresponding pressure.

Any excess pressure generated during the pumping of the tablet press will be released through the safety valve. This safety design prevents excessive loading on the compression area of the sample (or mold equipment). Low tonnage pressure gauges have 0 to 1T (P/N GS15051), 0 to2T(P/N GS15052)And 0 to 5T (P/N GS15055). It is an additional pressure gauge that can be used in conjunction with the standard 15T pressure gauge of the tablet press.

Users can choose a suitable pressure gauge and connect it to the tablet press together with the standard pressure gauge. Low tonnage pressure gauges can be independent of the system
