Atlas ™Heating pressure plate

Atlas ™The series of heating plates are specifically designed forSpecacDesigned for hydraulic press matching. The heating plate can be easily installed into the hydraulic press. The upper heating plate replaces the pressure plate and is fixed on top, while the lower heating plate is placed on the lower press panel.

The heating plate has a large surface area, is sturdy and durable, and passes throughCESecurity certification. A thermocouple is installed at the bottom of the heating plate to monitor the surface temperature of the heating plate. The support block of the heating plate is connected to the hydraulic press, and water cooling is used to isolate the hydraulic press, ensuring the heating efficiency and water cooling operation of the heating plate. The heating plate is controlled by a matching automatic temperature controller, and the temperature stability is ± 1℃
