This set of equipment integrates automatic lid sorting, top capping, and automatic screw capping, with fast production speed, high efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.
The lifting belt capping machine is mainly composed of bottle cap conveyor belt, cap storage hopper, capping motor and other parts. By lifting the conveyor belt, the bottle caps in the hopper are uniformly fed into the slide, and the position of the slide is detected by a photoelectric sensor to ensure that the bottle caps in the cover feeding slide are always in the best condition. The multi head rotary capping machine consists of 5 independent capping heads, and 5 sets of clamping fixtures are customized according to different bottle bodies. The bottles will not pour over and can be well fixed to ensure stability and durability during capping.
This equipment is mainly designed for the trimming, capping, and screwing of glass bottle tinplate caps, as well as plastic bottle threaded caps. It can be customized for different material bottles and cap sizes.
