ALDM1000 is based on computer network technology, using Ethernet cables to connect various detection stations to the central server, and transmitting data through TCP/IP protocol. The system is based on the security control system of Windows 7 and SQL Server 2008 to achieve data transmission and operation permission control for each detection station. The system comes with software operation permissions to manage, query, and maintain detection data. The system uses a C/S local area network architecture to ensure safe operation. The loadable workstations include four-wheel alignment, lighting, sideslip, hub test bench, horn sound level detection, exhaust emissions, etc., and optional extension of vehicle electrical inspection, tire pressure detection and other workstation data.
The detection data of each testing station is stored at the station and simultaneously transferred to the system server.
