AvaLight-D (H) - S deuterium halogen tungsten lamp light source

AvaLight-D (H) - S is an integrated light source of deuterium and tungsten halogen lamps, suitable for applications in the ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared bands. AvaLight-D (H) - S uses SMA905 connectors and can be connected to optical fibers or fiber bundles. In order to achieve better coupling efficiency, the light source includes an adjustable focus lens inside. This light source can provide users with efficient and highly stable continuous output spectra in the ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared bands from 190nm to 2500nm.

Avalight-D (H) - S obtains a mixed spectrum by focusing the light emitted by a tungsten halogen lamp and passing it through a small aperture in a deuterium lamp bulb. If your application is limited to the ultraviolet band, you can choose the AvaLight-D-S light source (deuterium lamp only).

The standard AvaLight-D (H) - S light source is equipped with a specially designed long pass filter (>220nm) to protect the fiber from UV exposure. Some applications require spectra with wavelengths below 220nm, in which case a deep ultraviolet bulb can be used without a UV long pass filter in the light source. For measurement applications in these deep ultraviolet bands (starting from 175nm), AvaLight-D (H) - S-DUV light sources can be used. For all models of deuterium lamp light sources, it is recommended to use anti ultraviolet fiber (- SR), while for deep ultraviolet deuterium lamps, anti ultraviolet fiber (- SR) must be used (see fiber section for details).
