BF-131S type total phosphorus analyzer
Detection principle:
Add persulfate to the sample to convert all phosphorus in the solution into orthophosphate. The orthophosphate in the sample reacts with ammonium molybdate in an acidic medium in the presence of antimony salt to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. Measure the absorbance at 700nm. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the total phosphorus content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
